Coupon Program Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Users must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.
- Each user is entitled to one coupon per promotion. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by WTTS.
- Coupons can be delivered to a specific target audience alone. The determination of the target audience is based on the data provided by the user during registration. The user agrees that the provided data will be processed in such a way.
- Each coupon is identified by a code and has different rewards. During a limited period of time, the user can choose the desired reward and is bound by the general terms and conditions of the reward provider in whose store or on whose website the reward can be redeemed.
- Coupons are available exclusively in the WTTS app. Users accept that in the event of a failure of the app or if there is no access to the app for other reasons, for example due to lack of internet connection, no further claim to a reward can be made, which may expire due to the lack of access.
- To redeem the coupon code, users either scan a QR or barcode at the reward provider's point of sale or type in a keyword in the checkout of the reward provider's online store. The corresponding discount is automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If users do not enter the coupon code as indicated at the time of purchase, the discount cannot be claimed. No discounts can be claimed after the purchase has been confirmed.
- Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date indicated on the coupon. After the activation of the coupon, the time of redemption is greatly reduced. The expiration time after activation differs from coupon to coupon. Users may be informed about the shortened expiration time before activation.
- Coupons cannot be replaced when users delete the app, install an update or change the user status (e.g. registration or logout in connection with the user account).
- If a coupon is used and an annulation of the purchase (according to the terms and conditions of the coupon provider) is made by the user at a later date, the coupon is no longer valid.
- WTTS shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon or products in relation to the Coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- WTTS accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected information related to coupons. WTTS assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then WTTS may, but isn’t obliged to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Coupon.
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to [Radio provider country] law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Radio provider court location]. The original [Radio provider language] version of these Terms & Conditions has been or may be translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the [Radio provider language] version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the [Radio provider language] language version shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.
